By-the-way, that rush order from a couple of weeks ago came out great. I was able to surprise a wonderful customer when she came home from vacation. I make draperies and do some light decorating so I was able to complete the project in her new home. When she came home from a "vacation" with her 22 month old son, her house looked like it fell off the pages of a Pottery Barn catalog (at a quarter the price). | You can list me as a satisfied customer. The blinds arrived within two weeks, which I considered to be excellent, without damage. There were only two small problems, and both were addressed immediately. Prior to my purchase I received two quotes from area installers. Both retailers cautioned me about buying online and doing a self-install. Well I completed the entire house installation in about six hours at a savings of $1,200.00 over the lower of the two retail bids (a savings of nearly 40%). Considering the time it took me to install the blinds, I look at the savings as paying myself a $200/hour salary! Thanks for the excellent service. I will recommend you in the future. |
