Hello, and thank you for giving Decorating Depot the opportunity to help you with your window covering needs. Before you get started, here are a few tips that will help you navigate our website and make your shopping experience easy and more enjoyable.

1.  Measuring- Before looking at products or samples, please take the time to look at our Measuring Instructions located here. Please keep in mind these are general measuring instructions and each product page will have more detailed instructions for that particular product by clicking on the “Measuring Tips” link under the “Quick Links” section on the right hand side of the product page.
   
   
2. Ordering Samples- For help with ordering samples please be sure read the sample order process located here.
   
   
3. Terms- If you are unsure what a term means you can click on the “Glossary” link in the "Customer Service Center" on the home page or here. You can also click on any of the links on the product page of the website. Please call customer service if you are not sure what a specific term means.
   
   
4. Have a Question? - For a list of Frequently Asked Questions please click here.
   
   
5. Order Policies- Please be sure to review our polices before placing your order as all orders are custom made and cannot be returned due to mistakes in measuring, color choices or other mistakes made in ordering. Our policies can be reviewed here.
   
   
6. To Return To Home Page- When shopping for products, you can always return to the home page by clicking on the home button or the Decorating Depot logo at any time.
   
   
7. To Place An Order- Once you are ready to place an order, please note that there are several buttons in the shopping cart to help you with your order placement. Use the “Add Similar” button to add another of the same type of product even if the sizes or options may be different. Use the “Continue Shopping” button if you want to add a completely different type of product to your cart. Use the “Edit” button if you need to make changes to an item you already have in your cart and use the “Remove” button to completely remove an item form your cart. After making any changes use the "Update Cart" button to save your changes. Please put samples in a separate cart from any products you want to order.
   
   
8. Need Installation Help? - Please review our General Installation Instructions located here. Each product page will also have more detailed instructions for that particular product.
   
   You can use the links in the "Customer Service Center" located on the right hand side of the page to do many of these functions as well.
