3/4" Single Cell Blackout shades are the perfect solution for providing maximum light blockage for patio doors, sliding glass doors and French doors. The honeycomb cell construction provides superior light control as well as excellent energy efficiency and ultraviolet protection. When done as an inside mount you can get a little light coming around the sides of the shade but no light passes through the material. With the 3/4 inch cell design, you get excellent energy efficiency. They do an excellent job of blocking out the heat and the cold. When you do want light to come in, simply slide the shade to adjust the degree of light.
